The PostMate 5 is a quiet and compact desktop machine that can be utilised for both Pressure Sealing and Paper folding requirements.
It has an in-feed capacity of over 100 printed Pressure Seal forms and cycles at a speed of 3,800 forms per hour. Z, C, V and bespoke folds are available with the easy to use fold drum.
The PostMate 5 has an Anti-Jam system where the double fed or jammed forms, where possible, are reversed away from the sealing rollers so the operator can remove the stoppage easily will little effort.
A Re-settable Counter is fitted along with a Powered Out-feed, which neatly stacks up to 200 sealed forms into the catch tray.
Please note that 14" Z fold forms are compatible using an optional replacement drum that is dedicated to Z fold only.
Cabinet with Storage - Optional cabinets are available which provide a suitable surface for the system and also provides storage underneath.
